肝脏是人体中最大的脏器。它包括肝细胞、细胆管、网状内皮细胞(星状细胞)及血管等组织。肝内的酶有数百种之多、肝内酶蛋白约占肝的总蛋白三分之二左右。肝脏是机体多种物质代谢的中心,在蛋白质、糖、脂肪、维生素、酶、激素等代谢中都起了主要作用。许多药物在肝内进行代谢,因此对肝病患者用药时需要格外提高警惕,由于肝病时用药后的情况非常复杂,有时后果很难预测。正因为肝脏是个代谢中心,所以可引起肝脏损伤的原因很多。例如许多急性传染病(重症伤寒、败血症等)并发中毒性肝炎;
The liver is the largest organ in the body. It includes liver cells, bile duct, reticular endothelial cells (stellate cells) and blood vessels and other tissues. There are hundreds of enzymes in the liver, and the enzyme in the liver accounts for about two-thirds of the total protein in the liver. The liver is the body’s center of a variety of material metabolism, protein, sugar, fat, vitamins, enzymes, hormones and other metabolism have played a major role. Many drugs are metabolized in the liver, so patients with liver disease need extra vigilance, because the liver disease after treatment is very complex, and sometimes difficult to predict the consequences. Because the liver is a metabolic center, it can cause liver damage for many reasons. For example, many acute infectious diseases (severe typhoid fever, sepsis, etc.) complicated with toxic hepatitis;
