用可溶性前聚物法制备的聚 1,4萘乙炔( P N V)制成单层有机电致发光器件。该器件阳极为 I T O,阴极为 Ca,器件在正向偏压4 V 左右时开始发光,发光谱峰值为605 nm ,最高亮度为140 Cd/m 2 。文章分析了 P N V 发光器件的发光机理,并给出了器件的能带模型。
Poly (1,4-naphthylacetylene) (P N V) prepared by a soluble prepolymer method was used to form a single-layer organic electroluminescent device. The anode of this device is I T O, the cathode is Ca, and the device begins to emit light at a forward bias voltage of about 4 V with a peak emission of 605 nm and a maximum luminance of 140 Cd / m 2. The paper analyzes the light-emitting mechanism of P N V light-emitting devices and gives the energy band model of the device.
