混凝土建筑物出现裂缝是一个普遍性问题,以往对防止新建水工建筑物出现裂缝所进行的研究工作较多,而裂缝处理方面的研究相对较少。笔者在文中概述了混凝土裂缝产生的原因。根据裂缝的发展趋势及形成原因将裂缝分为死缝、活缝、扩张缝三种类型。文章强调指出,不同类型的裂缝一定要用不同的材料和方法进行处理,根据具体情况进行表面处理、灌浆处理和结构补强加固。文中列举了三个工程实例:东江大坝裂缝、大黑汀闸墩裂缝,以及响水拱坝裂缝的处理情况及效果,三个工程基本上按文中所述原则处理,均取得满意的效果。
Cracks in concrete structures are a common problem. In the past, there were a lot of researches on preventing cracks in new hydraulic structures, and relatively few studies on crack treatment. The author outlined the reasons for the concrete cracks in the article. According to the development trend and causes of cracks, the cracks are divided into three types: dead seam, live seam and expansion seam. The article emphasizes that different types of cracks must be treated with different materials and methods, according to the specific circumstances of the surface treatment, grouting and structural reinforcement. Three engineering examples are listed in the paper: the crack of Dongjiang Dam, the crack of Daheiting Pier and the treatment and effect of cracks in Xiangshui Arch Dam. The three projects are basically treated according to the principles described in the article, and satisfactory results are obtained.
