各铁路局,工程、建筑、通号总公司,工程管理中心,中铁建设开发中心: 现将铁路工程建设1999年度材料价差系数(见附件一和附件二)予以公布。 本次材料价差系数按铁建[1990]118号文和铁建[1996]49号文两套基期价格分别公布。附件一的材料价差系数以工料机费为计算基数,价差系数包含了机械台班费中的油燃料价差,供以铁建[1990]118号文为材料基价的工程项目使用,作为设计概算价格水平由1988年度基期年调整到结算年(1999年度)的依据。附
