晶体三极管在黑白和彩色电视机中应用十分广泛,它们主要分布在电源电路,公共通道电路,行、场扫描电路,伴音电路,遥控系统等电路中。晶体三极管故障主要有:管子极间击穿、开路,工作特性变差(包括热稳定性不良),内部参数改变,软损坏等。晶体管极间击穿或开路,可以采用在路测量电阻的方法来检查,晶体管参数改变的,可以采用重新调整其偏置电路的方法来解决;晶体管工作特性变差和有软损坏,一般最好采用替换法来进行确定;晶体管热稳定性差,可采用加温法或冷却法来进行判断。针对不同的故障采用不同的检查方法,这样可以避免走弯路而使检修速度加快。以下所举实例,希望能对读者有所帮助。
