卫青萝卜的品系较多,以沙窝萝卜、葛沽萝卜、板叶青萝卜种植规模较大。卫青萝卜在天津地区生长期为80d 左右。肉质根为圆柱形,长18～22cm,横径6～8cm,单根重0.5～0.7 kg。全身绿色,尾端呈白玉色,皮薄光滑,仅0.2cm,肉质紧密、细嫩、酥脆、味浓多汁、糖分高,耐贮运,是优质水果型青萝卜。产量4.50万～5.25万 kg/hm~2。反季节栽培技术如下:1精细整地,施用农家肥
