本文在构建企业制度和控制能力对企业IT应用水平影响的理论模型基础上,通过调研和实证分析,检验了提出的假设理论模型,探讨了企业制度能力和控制能力要素间内在关系以及对企业IT应用水平产生影响的内在机理,分析了两种能力如何影响企业IT应用水平提升路径,从而提出了企业抓好制度和控制能力的培育和建设,是推动企业IT应用水平提升,实现企业信息化的关键所在。
This paper builds on the theoretical model of the influence of the enterprise system and control ability on the level of IT application of the enterprise.
