随着市场经济的确立,国有企业在拥有生产经营自主权之时,企业自身应充分认识到这种自主权中理应包涵企业职教自主权,也就是说企业生产经营时还必须将企业职业教育的投入产出列入企业经营计划之中,直接有效地为生产经营服务。因为企业职教直接关系到企业产品质量、企业人才素质、企业发展后劲。然而现实情况则不尽其然,目前不少国有大中型企业的技工教育和职业培训在不断萎缩,陷入招生不足数、人才市场储备乏力,办学缺乏后劲的困境。就其原因,本人认为主要有如下几方面的思考: 1 企业职业教育的现状 a.企业职业育改革落后于企业经营机制改革。目前,企业生产经营、劳动用工制度、工资福利制度改革已达到了一定程度,而企业职业教育改革相对滞后,企业领导很大程度
