目的观察中西医结合治疗荨麻疹疗效观察。方法将确诊的荨麻疹患者92例随机分为两组,中西医结合治疗组46例,选用中药结合氯雷他定联合治疗;单纯西药对照组46例,选用氯雷他定治疗。结果中药结合氯雷他定联合治疗组的治愈率和症状改善率均明显高于对照组。结论中药结合氯雷他定治疗荨麻疹治愈率及对症状的改善都明显优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective To observe the curative effect of urticaria treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods Ninety-two patients with confirmed urticaria were randomly divided into two groups. 46 cases were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, and the combination of Chinese traditional medicine and loratadine was used. Forty-six cases in the western medicine group were treated with loratadine. Results The cure rate and symptom improvement rate of the combination of Chinese traditional medicine and loratadine were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with loratadine treatment of urticaria cure rate and the improvement of symptoms were significantly better than Western medicine alone.
