1955年6月中央办公厅发出「关于收集党的历史档案的通知」以后,各地已开始进行这项工作。从过去一年收集工作的情况看来,有些问题还需要进一步地加以明确规定;同时,今年4月国务院关于加强国家档案工作的决定中更规定中华人民共和国成立以前的革命历史档案,统由中共中央档案馆筹备处负责集中、整理和保存。根据这些情况,现就全面的收集革命历史档案问题,规定办法如下:(一)收集范围:
