At the 2001 Beijing Municipal Organization Working Conference, we put forward five priorities for strengthening the cadre contingent building. Strengthen the Democracy of Selecting and Appointing Cadres Adhere to and improve the democratic recommendation, opinion polls, democratic appraisal system.
