本文回顾了改革开放以来上海产业发展体制和机制变化的过程,认为上海市产业发展经历了以产权改革、对外开放、结构升级和区域布局调整四个阶段,重点分析了对外开放阶段,上海扩大对外贸易,吸引外资,加快形成以浦东新区为代表的全球金融、贸易中心,促进了上海产业发展,并借助协整检验、Granger因果检验等方法,进行实证分析。最后对上海市产业发展的趋势做出预测。
This article reviews the process of Shanghai’s industrial development system and mechanism changes since the reform and opening up and holds that the industrial development in Shanghai has undergone four phases of property rights reform, opening to the outside world, structural upgrading and regional distribution adjustment. It mainly analyzes the stage of opening up to the outside world, Trade, attracting foreign investment and speeding up the formation of a global financial and trade center represented by Pudong New Area, which promoted the development of Shanghai’s industry and conducted empirical analysis by means of cointegration test and Granger causality test. Finally predict the trend of industrial development in Shanghai.
