目前动物染色体的制备方法很多,在制片过程中虽没有理论上的障碍,但实验要求严格,需要特定的条件,所得的结果又不完全相同,而且取材也有局限性。我们参考Stephenson报导的两栖类染色体制备法,Worton,Macgregor等报导的其他材料制备染色体等方法,加以改进,对有尾、无尾两栖类、哺乳类等动物进行摸索,改变了取材部位,以小肠上皮细胞代替骨髓细胞,建立了一种较简易的制备染色体的方法,并获得满意的效果。该方法目前尚未见有文献报道。由于此法取材方便,滴片所得的细胞多,分裂相亦多,是一种简便易行的方法,兹介绍如下:
