目的了解2011年丹棱县传染病发病情况和特征,为制定相应的传染病防治措施和预防接种提供科学依据。方法收集丹棱县2011年法定报告传染病疫情资料,用描述性流行病学方法统计分析。结果丹棱县2011年无甲类传染病报告;报告乙、丙类传染病14种346例,报告发病率为212.00/10万;无死亡病例。报告发病率居前5位的传染病依次为肺结核(93例)、病毒性肝炎(83例)、手足口病(73例)、其他感染性腹泻(28例)、痢疾(22例)分别占发病总数的26.88%、23.99%、21.10%、8.09%、6.36%。各类传染病中以肠道传染病为主,共报告153例,占发病总数的44.22%;其次为呼吸道传染病,共报告103例,占发病总数的29.77%;血源及性传播传染病,共报告85例,占发病总数的24.57%。结论 2011年丹棱县法定报告传染病主要为肠道传染病和呼吸道传染病,应进行重点防治,加强健康教育,降低传染病发病率。
Objective To understand the incidence and characteristics of infectious diseases in Danling County in 2011 and provide scientific evidence for the development of corresponding infectious disease prevention measures and vaccination. Methods The data of epidemic situation of legal notifiable infectious diseases in Danling County in 2011 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results There was no report of Class A infectious diseases in Danling County in 2011; 346 cases of Class B and Class C infectious diseases were reported in 14 cases, with a reported incidence rate of 212.00 / 100 000; no deaths were reported. The top five reported infectious diseases were tuberculosis (93 cases), viral hepatitis (83 cases), hand-foot-mouth disease (73 cases), other infectious diarrhea (28 cases) and dysentery (22 cases) The total incidence of 26.88%, 23.99%, 21.10%, 8.09%, 6.36%. A total of 153 cases of infectious diseases were reported, accounting for 44.22% of the total. Respiratory infectious diseases were followed by a total of 103 cases, accounting for 29.77% of the total cases. Blood-borne and sexually transmitted infections A total of 85 cases were reported, accounting for 24.57% of the total. Conclusion In 2011, the most frequently reported infectious diseases in Danleng County were intestinal infectious diseases and respiratory infectious diseases. Priority should be given to prevention and treatment to strengthen health education so as to reduce the incidence of infectious diseases.
