以湖南省某干线公路大修改造工程为背景,解析再生料在大厚度半刚性基层一次施工成型中的技术要点。以配合比控制为前提,分析了施工配比与目标配比出现差异的原因。通过对拌和料的离析、含水量、摊铺、碾压等关键要点展开分析得出:再生集料易出现细集料偏多现象;与传统分层施工相比,大厚度施工易出现离析;第二遍振动碾压完成后需在基层表面洒水以保证其压实度。施工7d后对基层进行现场检测,其芯样外观完整、表面集料均匀稳定,同时代表弯沉、强度等指标均达到一级重载交通公路水稳基层的要求。
Taking the major overhaul project of a main highway in Hunan Province as the background, the technical points of the recycled material in the construction of a large thick semi - rigid basement are analyzed. With the premise of proportion control, the reasons for the differences between the construction ratio and the target ratio were analyzed. Through the analysis of the key points such as segregation, water content, paving, rolling and so on, it is concluded that the phenomenon of partial concentration of fine aggregates tends to occur in the recycled aggregates. Compared with the traditional layered construction, The second time after the completion of vibration crushing the surface of the grassroots need to sprinkle water to ensure its degree of compaction. After 7 days of construction, on-site testing was carried out on the grassroots. The appearance of the core sample was intact, the surface aggregates were uniform and stable, while the indicators such as deflection and strength all reached the requirements of water-stable grass-roots level 1 heavy-haul expressway.
