图应主题分明具有直观、简明、方便阅读理解的功能。图和表不宜同时说明同一事物。强调事物的性状或变化趋势,宜用统计图,强调准确程度宜用统计表。每幅图应在正文中标明引用处。与图有关的量、单位、符号、缩略语等必须与正文一致。为确保图的自明性,图内使用的缩略语必要时应注释。中文期刊图题、图例及图内说明应使用中文或中、英文对照,但不宜仅用英文。
The figure should be clear theme with intuitive, concise, easy to read and understand the function. Figure and table should not explain the same thing at the same time. Emphasize things traits or trends, should use charts, emphasizing the accuracy of the appropriate statistical tables. Each figure should be marked in the text reference. The figures, units, symbols, and abbreviations related to the drawings must be consistent with the text. In order to ensure the self-explanatory figure, the acronyms used in the figure should be annotated if necessary. Chinese journals, captions and illustrations should be used in Chinese or Chinese, English, but not only in English.
