对一个农业企业来说,它经常面临的问题是如何能充分而有效地刊用自己所掌握的或者可以得到的生产资源,以达到既定的经济目的。尤其在当代,农业企业的规模,一般都比较大,其可动用的资源,包括土地、设备、资金、饲料、燃料、化肥、人力等等,非常多,而且其中许多资源多从企业外的其它专业公司才能得到。因而若资源投入运用不当,势必造成重大的经济损失。显然,资源如何有效利用问题,也就是资源的合理分配管理问题,构成了农业经济管理系统的重要子系统。
For an agricultural enterprise, the problem it often faces is how to fully and effectively publish its own available or available production resources in order to achieve a given economic purpose. Especially in the modern era, the scale of agricultural enterprises is generally relatively large. The available resources, including land, equipment, funds, feed, fuel, fertilizers, manpower, and so on, are very large, and many of them are from outside the enterprise. Professional companies can get it. Therefore, if resources are used improperly, it will inevitably cause major economic losses. Obviously, how to effectively use resources, that is, the rational distribution of resources, constitutes an important subsystem of the agricultural economic management system.
