随着我国经济的不断发展,我国企业不断迎合时代的发展进行系统化的而改革,新经济常态下,企业人力资源管理中融入绩效管理理念,是为了协助企业在发展的过程中,不断壮大个体力量,增强市场竞争力,也促使员工工作效率提升。绩效管理能组织提高员工绩效,开发员工个体潜能,增加员工的契约心理,进而促进企业发展。本文以人力资源管理中的绩效管理为研究对象,分析其在企业中存在的问题,给出相对应措施。
