职业倦怠是当前社会普遍关注的热点。与城镇教师相比,农村中小学教师的职业倦怠尤为明显,他们对教育教学工作缺乏热情,对自身专业成长没有追求,对学生缺少爱心和耐心,工作没有目标,存有得过且过的思想。笔者针对苏北农村中小学教师队伍建设现状,就农村学校教师职业倦怠问题进行了调查,对教师职业倦怠的成因及对策进行了分析与探索。
Job burnout is a common concern in the current society. Compared with urban teachers, primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas are particularly tired of job burnout. They lack enthusiasm for education and teaching, do not pursue their own professional growth, lack love and patience for their students, work has no goals, and have overconsidered ideas. In view of the status quo of teachers troop construction in primary and secondary rural areas in North Jiangsu Province, the author has carried on the investigation to the problem of occupational burnout in rural school teachers, and analyzed and explored the causes and countermeasures of teacher burnout.
