目的:探讨重症难治性癫痫持续状态患者的抢救与护理。方法:回顾分析5例重症难治性癫痫持续状态病例。结果:患者康复出院,无任何后遗症。结论:严密观察、及时抢救、精心护理是重症难治性癫痫持续状态患者及早康复的关键。
Objective: To investigate the rescue and care of patients with severe intractable epilepsy. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 5 cases of severe refractory status epilepticus cases. Results: The patients were discharged from hospital without any sequelae. Conclusion: Close observation, prompt rescue and meticulous care are the keys to early recovery of patients with severe intractable epilepsy.
