寒地水稻系指黑龙江省高纬度高寒地区的水稻生产。该地区的水稻生产从建国后大体经历了 5 0年代盲目大上 ,60年代波动徘徊 ,70年代恢复生产 ,80年代快速发展 ,90年代稳步提高五个阶段。自水稻旱育稀植技术在北方高寒地区推广以来收到可喜的效果。以齐齐哈尔市 (包括九县七区 )
Cold rice refers to rice production in the high latitude and high cold area of Heilongjiang Province. The rice production in this area generally went through a big blind in the 1950s after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. The fluctuations of the 1960s lingered, the production was resumed in the 1970s, the rapid development in the 1980s and the steady increase in the 1990s were made in five stages.
