完颜百龄,女,青州驻防满洲旗城亚黄前旗人,一八八六年生于清朝满族上三旗的官宦之家。其父曾任慈禧太后驾前佩刀侍御长。完颜百龄自幼受满族封建式的严格家庭教育。及长嫁青州满族旗城马氏为妻。其夫死于军阀混战之中。饱受封建压迫,军阀战乱及旗人无业的困苦折磨,为求生存和教育抚养子女,她皈依基督教,成为虔诚的基督徒,并热心于基督教会的服务工作。后她受雇于宋子文家任女佣。因为都是基督徒,所以很受宋家的敬重。她原名为完颜白玲,因为自由、平等、博爱的基督精神,又因为宋家的三姐妹名字中,都有年龄的「龄」字,所以宋家就将她名字中的白玲改为百龄,以体现宋家无主仆尊卑之分,一律平等,并希望完颜女士健康长寿,故改称完颜百龄。完颜百龄虽出生满族显贵之家,但她能以基督吃苦能忍的精神,刻苦认真勤勤恳恳的工怍。宋子文家上上下下都知道完颜百龄出自满族贵族之家,却没有因此而歧视她。完颜百龄在宋子文家工作二十年,帮助宋子文带大了三个女
