假性肠梗阻(intestinal pseudo obstruction,IPO)是一种有肠梗阻症状和体征,但临床上无机械性梗阻证据的综合征,临床表现为腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、肠鸣音减弱或消失,与一般肠梗阻相同,可继发于风湿系统疾病。总结我院2007年6月至2010年12月收治的以IPO为首发表现的的系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)4例临床经过,报告如下。临床资料1.一般资料:本组4例,男1例,女3例;年龄24～42岁;病程1～3周。4例均以腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐等症而就诊,收住消化科病房及普外科病房;1例以腹泻为首发症状,就诊肠道门诊抗炎治
The intestinal pseudoobstruction (IPO) is a syndrome characterized by symptoms and signs of intestinal obstruction but without clinical evidence of mechanical obstruction. The clinical manifestations include abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, diminished or disappearance of bowel sounds, and The same general intestinal obstruction, secondary to rheumatic diseases.
