21世纪对女性来说既有挑战,又有诱惑,更有机遇。面对着当前的金融危机和企业的改革,女性应如何克服自身的依赖性和自卑心理,树立正确的价值导向,是当今女性要解决的首要问题。新世纪的新女性要达到生活和事业的完美统一,应采取科学的态度,以“四自精神”为基石,自强不息,不断拼搏,努力进取,与时俱进,就能充分发挥自己的作用和潜能,就能在社会上站稳脚跟,就能确立自己的社会地位,为社会做出自己的贡献。
The 21st century has both challenges and temptations for women and more opportunities. In the face of the current financial crisis and the reform of enterprises, how women should overcome their own dependence and inferiority and establish a correct value orientation are the primary problems to be solved by today’s women. The new women in the new century should achieve a perfect unification of life and career. They should adopt a scientific attitude and take “self-improvement and self-improvement” as their cornerstone.
