目前国内选矿厂装设的自动除铁装置型式不一,各有特点,其中龙门吊式自动除铁装置(参见《有色金属》选冶部分1976年第5期“碎矿流程中的自动除铁装置”一文)布置紧凑,除铁效果较好。本文介绍一种与之相配套的电气线路(图1)。该电路主要有两个特点:(1)在各种不同的连续来铁情况下均能可靠地清除铁件而不使之“漏网”;(2)采用新的整流电路,简化了向电磁铁供电的整流装置。吸引铁件的电磁铁平时位于皮带上面约30厘米处的正常位置,当铁件通过金属探测器1JTQ的探头时,1JTQ内的继电器1J动作,发出了动作脉冲。2SJ的时延为t:秒,3SJ的时延为t_2秒(见图2),分别对电磁铁的通电和上升进行控制。电磁铁上升到一定高度碰开行程开关1ZZK而停止。此后卷扬滚筒反转,电磁铁下降,当电磁铁下
At present, the types of automatic iron removal devices installed in the concentrator in China are different, each with its own characteristics. Among them, the gantry crane removes iron automatically (see “Nonferrous Metals” A text) compact layout, iron removal is better. This article describes an accompanying electrical circuit (Figure 1). The circuit has two main features: (1) Iron can be reliably removed without “slip-through” in a wide range of different continuous iron conditions; (2) A new rectifier circuit is used to simplify the operation of the electromagnet Power supply rectifier.
