巨噬细胞微丝参与细胞吞噬、粘着及运动功能,且与细胞质膜有密切联系。本研究通过比较不同颗粒物对巨噬细胞微丝的影响,以探讨巨噬细胞对不同粉尘清除作用的结构基础。
Macrophages microfilament involved in phagocytosis, adhesion and motor function, and with the plasma membrane are closely linked. In this study, we compared the effect of different particles on the microfilament of macrophages in order to explore the structural basis of the macrophage clearance effect on different dusts.
