对于“中国缺乏成规模的自主科技创新、受资本市场影响有多大”的问题,祁斌风趣地说,我们之所以还没有出现自主创新的浪潮,就是因为现在科技创新和资本市场还没有多大关系;如果有关系,情况一定不会是现在这个样子。
