介绍了冶金铸造起重机用6×19 W钢丝绳在使用过程中容易出现的几种质量问题,从几何结构稳定性、生产操作等方面分析了产生问题的原因,提出了一些质量控制措施。在此基础上,介绍了其他几种结构钢丝绳的使用优点,建议根据直径范围对铸造起重机吊车钢丝绳结构进行优选。
The quality problems of 6 × 19 W wire ropes used in metallurgical foundry cranes are introduced. The causes of the problems are analyzed from the aspects of geometric structure stability, production operation and so on, and some quality control measures are put forward. On this basis, the advantages of using several other types of structural steel wire ropes are introduced. It is suggested that the structure of the steel wire ropes for casting cranes should be optimized according to the diameter range.
