互联网的迅猛发展为中国的言论自由提供了一个广阔的空间,在人们惊喜于网络给我们带来的巨大信息量,使我们的知情权得到了更充分满足的同时,也上演了一幕幕民意影响司法活动的悲喜剧。本文浅析了民意的特点以及民意与司法活动原则、理念及要求的矛盾,并试着提出了如何构建网络民意与司法活动独立公正的和谐之路。
The rapid development of the Internet has provided a vast space for China’s freedom of speech. While people are greatly surprised by the tremendous amount of information that the Internet has brought to us so that our right to information can be more fully satisfied, public opinions have also been staged Judicial activities of the tragedy and comedy. This paper analyzes the characteristics of public opinion as well as the contradiction between the principles of public opinion and judicial activities, the concepts and requirements, and tries to put forward how to build an independent and fair path of harmony between public opinions and judicial activities.
