基层统计数据在整个统计系统中处于一个非常重要的地位,统计数据的质量也就至关重要。对于统计中的统计信息和统计监督与咨询都有重要的意义,把握着统计未来的命运。基层统计数据对于企业来说是具有一定基础性作用的,但是当基础统计数据出现问题的时候,就会严重影响到整个企业的发展命运。对于基层统计数据质量问题不高的原因主要有很多,笔者将从导致基础统计数据质量的原因和提高基层统计数据质量的措施进行探讨研究。
