详细推导了电液负载仿真台多余力的数学模型,理论分析了影响多余力的各种因素,仿真分析了加载系统总流量泄漏系数和舵机的角位移对多余力的影响,提出了在加载马达两负载腔之间安装连通孔和同步补偿消除多余力的方案,并通过实验,验证了该方案对消除多余力的有效性.
The mathematical model of excess force of the electro-hydraulic load simulator is deduced in detail. Various factors affecting the excess force are theoretically analyzed. The influence of the total flow leakage coefficient of the loading system and the angular displacement of the steering gear on the excess force is analyzed. The installation of communication holes between the two load chambers of the motor and the solution of eliminating excess force by synchronous compensation have been verified by experiments. The effectiveness of this solution to eliminate excess force is verified.
