一、前言 气幕围挡用于局部垂直层流洁净区已证实具有明显效果,对于局部水平层流的气幕作用尚存在一些问题。本文试图通过对水平气幕洁净区流场及浓度场特性的分析,提出较合理的气幕结构参数,从而达到改善水平层流气幕围挡的目的。
I. INTRODUCTION The use of gas curtain enclosure for localized vertical laminar flow clean areas has been shown to have significant effects. There are still some problems with the air curtain effect of local horizontal laminar flow. This paper attempts to analyze the characteristics of the flow field and the concentration field of the clean air curtain, and proposes a more reasonable air curtain structural parameters so as to achieve the goal of improving the horizontal air curtain.
