我院从1987年以来,应用痔动脉周围硬化疗法加痔核结扎治疗内痔334例,效果满意,介绍如下。 硬化剂配制:取注射用水800ml,加热至70～80℃,加枸椽酸钠10g溶解后,再加明矾40g搅拌溶解,继加苯甲醇20g,活性炭(0.2％)搅拌数分钟、过滤除炭,依次加黄连素0.5g、普普卡因2.5g、二盐酸奎宁2.72g,咖啡因0.72g、乌拉坦0.56g。溶解后加甘油30ml搅拌均匀,最后加注射用水至1000ml,
