江苏省常州市84年下半年,在市一院,二院、中医院和广化区医院进行改革试点。已经取得了初步效果,它们的门诊人次比上年同期增加12.8%,住院人数增加14%,床位使用率增加12.2%,治愈率增加2.1%悚各医院还加强了自身建设。采取的具体做法是:改革国家经费补贴办法,试行按实际床日和门诊工作量计算;改革领导体制,试行院长负责制;改革管理体制;改革管理制度和办法;改革经济结构、多方集资加强医院建设;调整关系,提高服务质量。
In the second half of 84th year in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, pilot reforms were conducted in the First Hospital, Second Hospital, Chinese Hospital, and Guanghua District Hospital.
