目的了解某医院眼科手术室消毒效果,为有效控制术后眼内炎的发生提供科学依据。方法对医院眼科手术室内的空气、物体表面、术者手、使用中皮肤黏膜消毒液、消毒手术器械和紫外线灯进行现场抽样调查。结果3年共采样1 470份,合格1 431份,合格率97.3%,2012-2014年合格率呈上升趋势。结论近年该院眼科手术室采取有效措施改善消毒状况,消毒效果良好,但仍需进一步提高消毒灭菌质量,预防术后眼内炎的发生。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of ophthalmic operating room in a hospital and provide a scientific basis for the effective control of postoperative endophthalmitis. Methods The scene of the hospital ophthalmic surgery air, the surface of the object, the hands of patients, the use of skin and mucous membrane disinfectant, disinfection surgical instruments and UV lamp spot sampling survey. Results A total of 1 470 samples were obtained in 3 years, with a total of 1 431 passes, with a passing rate of 97.3%. The passing rate of 2012-2014 shows an upward trend. Conclusion In recent years, the hospital ophthalmic operating room to take effective measures to improve the disinfection status, disinfection effect is good, but still need to further improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization, prevention of postoperative endophthalmitis.
