中国营养学会编著的《营养科学词典》已由中国轻工业出版社出版发行。全书共约130万字,包括前言、目录、词典正文(营养科学名词术语约7000条,插图百余幅)、参考文献、附录、中文索引、英文索引及缩略语索引等部分。它是一部综合性的营养科学名词和常用术语的查询工具书。以《中国营养科学全书》词条为主,并广泛采集近年来多种营养科学专著、基础营养、人群营养、疾病营养、食物营养、公共营养和营养学研究方法等方面的名词和常用术语。词条按汉语拼音顺序排列,每一词条后随相应英文、拉丁文(如有)、别名或俗名(如有)等,然后是词条的定义及
