绥德区专员公署五,六月份处理人民来信和接见人民工作简报,反映了些情况比较真实,提出的今后意见也较具体。惟存在问题内,认为「专职干部」感觉无法解决,我们意见,只要专、县领导下决心,这一问题就可获得解决;关于处理人民来信和接见人民工作学习材料感觉缺乏的问题,我们意见人民日报和群众日报经常介绍各地有关此项工作的经验,请多看报纸,连系实际工作,总结经验,这样就可能使工作逐步提高。兹将绥德专署此一报告文字略加修改刊出,供有关同志参考。
