本文建立了一个步进加热炉炉内钢坯热状态在线跟踪模型。该模型能计算炉子步进节奏变化和炉温曲线改变条件下炉内钢坯的热状态,弥补了静态模型不能反映炉内钢坯热状态动态特征的不足;该模型可用于炉内钢坯热状态、钢坯在炉时间及在炉位置的在线跟踪和作为加热炉计算机控制模型群中的关键子模型。经过现场实测验证,本模型的模拟结果与实测结果相当吻合。
In this paper, an on-line tracking model for the thermal state of billet in stepping furnace was established. The model can calculate the thermal state of billet in the furnace under the condition of step change of furnace temperature and change of furnace temperature curve, which can make up for the deficiency that the static model can not reflect the dynamic characteristics of billet thermal state in the furnace. In-furnace time and on-line tracking at the furnace location and as a key sub-model in the computer controlled model group of furnaces. After field test, the simulation results of this model are in good agreement with the measured results.
