1985年8月27—29日,中国有色金属学会选矿学术委员会在北京召开了第一次会议。根据中国有色金属学会第一届常务理事会二次会议关于成立各学术委员会的规定和上级学会关于成立中国有色金属学会选矿学术委员会的批文,成立了中国有色金属学会选矿学术委员会。选矿学术委员会由30人组成,出席会议的委员选举张卯均为主任委员,王淀佐、程德明为副主任委员,赵涌泉为学术秘书。会议决定成立八个学组,即工艺矿物学组、粉
