In this paper, the spatio-temporal dynamic programming and general dynamic programming are used to solve the optimal application of reservoir group, optimal flood scheduling and overall flood control measures under different flood forecasting conditions. The so-called spatio-temporal dynamic programming is to establish a recursion of space stage variables as a subsystem of time-stage variables.
