目的:观察整复后远折端外旋转轴预防肱骨髁上骨折肘内翻的有效性和安全性。方法:将37例患者随机分为2组。治疗组19例采用整复后远折端外旋转轴复位,对照组18例采用传统的解剖复位方法。观察肘内翻发生率及角度。结果:治疗组的患侧和健侧携带角比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),对照组的患侧携带角与健侧携带角比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组患侧携带角比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组发生肘内翻5例,占26%;对照组发生侧肘内翻11例,占61%。2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:远折端外旋手法复位治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折是安全的,可明显减少肘内翻发生率。
Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of external distal rotation shaft in the treatment of supracondylar humerus fractures. Methods: 37 patients were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 19 cases were treated with external rotation axis reduction of the distal fracture and 18 cases in the control group by the traditional anatomical reduction method. Observe the incidence and angle of cubitus varus. Results: There was no significant difference in the carrying angle between the affected side and the contralateral side in the treatment group (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in the carrying angle between the affected side and contralateral side in the control group (P <0.05). There were significant differences in the carrying angle between the two groups (P <0.05). 5 cases of cubitus varus occurred in the treatment group, accounting for 26%. In the control group, 11 cases of cubitus varus occurred, accounting for 61%. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of distal humeral supracondylar fractures is safe with the reduction of extremity external rotation manipulation and can significantly reduce the incidence of cubitus varus.
