我参加国家自然科学基金委员会地球科学部学科评审组的工作已经三年了。通过参加自然科学基金项目和国家自然科学奖评审工作的实践,不但使我学习到许多科学知识和科学管理经验,而且在改善运行机制,深化科技体制改革方面,获得许多有益的启示。地球科学部在成立仅两年的时间内,团结内外,依靠专家,精心组织,勇于开拓,初步建立起一套比较严密的工作制度、程序和办法,开展了富有成效的科学评审工作。
It has been three years since I participated in the discipline review group of the Department of Earth Sciences of NSFC. By participating in the review of natural science fund projects and the national natural science awards, not only have I learned many scientific knowledge and scientific management experience, but also gained many beneficial enlightenments in improving the operational mechanism and deepening the reform of the scientific and technological system. In just two years after the establishment of the Department of Earth Sciences, it has unite internally and externally and rely on experts to carefully organize and bravely develop. It has initially established a set of relatively stringent working systems, procedures and methods and conducted fruitful scientific reviews.
