现将我院老年性白内障手术331例(379眼)其中囊内摘出225眼,囊外摘出154眼以及术后随访半年以上的病例134眼;按囊内和囊外摘出术两组分析如下。1.一般资料及手术方法331例中男107例,女224例。男:女为1:2.1。年龄最大89岁,其中56岁至80岁者共267例(80.67%)379眼中双眼48例(14.50%),单眼283例(85.56),其中右眼154例,左眼129例。职业以农民最多共248例(74.9%),这可能与农民长期在阳光下劳动有关。手术方法:囊内摘出用硅胶丸,粘着拉出晶状体。囊外法先行破囊然后娩出晶状体,用生理盐水冲洗残留皮质。
Now in our hospital 331 cases of senile cataract surgery (379 eyes) 225 intracapsular exclusion, extracapsular extraction of 154 eyes and postoperative follow-up of more than six months in 134 cases; according to the intracapsular and extracapsular extraction of the two groups were analyzed as follows. 1. A total of 248 jobs (74.9%) were farmers, which may be related to the peasants’ long-term work in the sun. Surgical methods: Capsule extracted with silicone gel, stick out of the lens. Extracapsular rupture of the capsule and then the first delivery of the lens, rinse with saline residual cortex.
