目的通过对微波消解条件的优化研究,建立测定植物油中铅的快速、简便预处理方法。方法采用微波消解技术,在加热、加压条件下,用硝酸和过氧化氢彻底分解植物油,然后用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铅。结果用微波消解技术处理植物油,铅相对标准偏差小于2.60%,回收率为91.5%~105%。结论微波消解技术具有快速、简便的特点,是适用于植物油中铅测定的理想前处理新技术。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid and simple pretreatment method for determination of lead in vegetable oil by optimizing the conditions of microwave digestion. Methods The microwave digestion technique was used to decompose vegetable oil thoroughly with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide under the conditions of heating and pressurization. Then the lead was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The microwave digestion technique was used to treat vegetable oil. The relative standard deviation of lead was less than 2.60% and the recovery was 91.5% -105%. Conclusion The microwave digestion technique is rapid and simple, and it is an ideal pretreatment technology for the determination of lead in vegetable oil.
