中航工业西飞是科研、生产一体化的国有特大型航空工业企业,现有女职工6700多名,占职工总数的35.2%。2009年,西飞成立了女职工培训学校,以公司培训中心为依托,融合各级工会女职工组织开展的女性特色活动,采取“点、线、面”相结合的方式,拓展广大女职工立足岗位、提升素质、建功立业的渠道,不断深化女职工建功提素工程,引领广大女职工成为会学习、会工作、会生活的“三会”高素质女职工
