卫生部(82)卫防字第51号文件指出;当前,我国结核病疫情严重,传染源遍布全国,各地防痨工作发展很不平衡。为了争取在较短时间内把结核病疫情尽快降下来,现将卫生部关于《结核病流行病学指标及有关概念》、《卡介苗接种工作方案》、《肺结核化学疗法》及《肺结核分类法》等四个技术方案分期予以转载。我们认为这些方案不仅适用于防痨工作者,对内科、外科、传染科、儿科、放射科及其从事流行病学的广大临床医生、科研工作者都具有重要的指导意义,对县、区、公社基层医务人员也很有帮助。转载的目的在于推广并逐步采用它们,使各种传染病(包括结核病)的调查和防治更好地规范化。
Ministry of Public Health (82) Guardian Word No. 51 states: At present, the epidemic of tuberculosis in China is serious and the sources of infection spread all over the country. The development of anti-tuberculosis work across the country is very uneven. In order to strive to bring down the epidemic of tuberculosis in a relatively short period of time as soon as possible, the report of the Ministry of Health on “Epidemiological indicators of tuberculosis and related concepts”, “BCG work program”, “Tuberculosis chemotherapy” and “Pulmonary Tuberculosis Classification” A technical program to be reproduced in stages. We think these programs are not only applicable to anti-tuberculosis workers, but also have important guiding significance to the medical, surgical, epidemiological, pediatric, radiological and epidemiological clinicians and researchers in the fields of medicine, Commune grassroots medical staff is also very helpful. The purpose of the reprint is to promote and gradually adopt them so as to better standardize the investigation and prevention of various infectious diseases (including tuberculosis).
