雷夫奴尔用于中期妊娠引产,国内已有二十余年的历史。具有成功率高,引产时间短,无副作用,并发症少等优点,且简便易行,是一种比较理想的引产方法,但是胎膜胎盘残留率高,产后清官多,产后出血增加。为了减少产后清宫率,我院自1984年以来用中药“排膜汤”治疗胎膜残留收到了一定效果,现分析如下: 材料和方法 一、材料来源: 从1984年初至1986年底雷夫奴尔引产共165例,胎膜胎盘残留88例,其中71例用中药“排膜汤”。对照组为1979年9月至1982年5月用雷夫奴尔引产共165例,胎膜胎盘残留80例进行比较。见表1
