当前,随着我国经济社会的不断发展,经济体制、社会结构、利益格局、思想观念深刻变化,经济成分、就业方式、分配方式日趋多样,社会阶层进一步分化,人口大量流动,社会整合更加困难,不同群体的利益诉求、政治诉求也不断增多,社会结构的巨大变迁使得社会管理范围扩展、难度加大,社会管理面临一系列新情况、新问题。
At present, with the continuous development of our economy and society, profound changes have taken place in the economic structure, social structure, interest pattern and ideological concepts. Economic components, employment patterns and distribution patterns have become increasingly diverse. Social strata have been further differentiated, with a large population flow and social integration more difficult.
