报告３例Ｋｉ１阳性的间变性大细胞性淋巴瘤（ＡＬＣＬ），几乎均以结外肿块为首发表现（椎骨、乳腺及腹膜后组织），术前均考虑为非血液系统肿瘤。１例椎骨病变者，术中冷冻及术后初步病理检查均误诊为转移性癌。由于ＡＬＣＬ组织学表现较为特殊，推测以往被误诊的病例不在少数。结合３例的诊治情况，对ＡＬＣＬ的临床特点、组织学诊断及鉴别诊断等问题进行讨论。
Report of 3 cases of Ki 1 positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), almost all extranodal masses as the first manifestation (vertebra, breast and retroperitoneal tissue) were considered as preoperative non-hematological tumors. One case of vertebral lesions, intraoperative frozen and postoperative pathological examination were misdiagnosed as metastatic carcinoma. As ALCL histological performance is rather special, speculated that in the past were misdiagnosed cases of a small number. Combined with the diagnosis and treatment of 3 cases, the clinical features, histological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ALCL were discussed.
