竞技健美操运动员在赛场上的表现与成绩一直是教练员和运动员关注的焦点,对如何提高运动成绩是其一直研究的核心。通过文献资料、观察等研究方法,以研究瑜伽、竞技健美操的理论为研究基础,以瑜伽在竞技健美操训练中对运动员身体、心理及育人方面的作用为研究核心。得出瑜伽作为竞技健美操的辅助训练方法对完善竞技健美操的训练内容,提高竞技健美操的整体运动成绩具有重大的现实意义。
Athletic aerobics performance and performance in the arena has been the focus of coaches and athletes, on how to improve the performance of sports is its core has been studied. Through literature, observation and other research methods, based on the study of yoga, competitive aerobics theory, yoga as the core of the study on the role of athletes in physical, psychological and educational aspects of athletic aerobics training.
